Hudgill Farm Barn Cottages - Booking Conditions

  • Start Dates - we accept bookings for 3 nights, 4 nights and 7 nights in both cottages:
    3-night breaks are Friday – Monday
    4-night breaks are Monday – Friday
    7-night breaks are Friday – Friday or Monday – Monday
  • Your holiday cottage will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival; checkout time on the day of departure is 10am.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your booking. No booking will be treated as confirmed until the deposit is paid. The full balance must be paid no later than four weeks before your arrival date, after which this is non-refundable. If the balance is not received by the due date, this will result in the cancellation of your holiday and loss of your deposit. If the booking is made within six weeks of the arrival date, rental must be paid in full. We recommend that you arrange suitable holiday insurance.
  • Accepted payment method is by bank transfer.
  • Price includes all bed linen, towels, tea-towels, central heating, electricity and a starter supply of logs.
  • Electricity used to re-charge electric vehicles is charged separately; please inform us in advance if you will need to use the cottage power supply to re-charge your vehicle battery.
  • Excluding infants, the total number of people in your party must not exceed the stated capacity of the property.
  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Other pets are permitted at our discretion. We do request that pets are not allowed into bedrooms / on stairs and provide stairgates to assist with this. Pets should not be left, unattended in the properties. Please telephone us to discuss your request before making a booking. There is a £25.00 surcharge for each pet.
  • We request that the cottages are left clean and tidy on departure and that any breakages or damage are reported to us so that they can be rectified for incoming guests. In certain circumstances, damages and losses will be charged in full.
  • Smoking is not permitted in our properties.
  • Bookings will not be accepted from anyone under the age of 18 years or on behalf of groups of persons under 18 years old.
  • We are unable to accept liability for damage to personal possessions, injury or loss occurring during your stay.
  • When you make a booking request, these booking conditions are deemed to have been accepted by you.
